Althea Barley (アルシア・バーレイ, Arushia Bārei): is the daughter of Angelica Barley and her husband David Barley. In the English translation published by Seven Seas Entertainment, her surname is given as Purley.

Appearance

Althea is a nine year old girl, of average height and weight for her age. She has light tan skin, black hair, worn in a bob cut and brown eyes. Her clothing ranges in the series.

Personality

Althea seems to be going through a "difficult" stage, being somewhat surly and argumentative, especially when other people have her parents' attention.

History

She has the qualities to become a witch and wants to be a technician like her mother, although Angelica wants her to have decent job.
