Sleigh Beggy (夜の愛し仔 Surei bega): is a rare type of magical caster born with the the ability to both generate and absorb a large quanity of magical energies, the cost of this being a shorter lifespan.[1]
History
Overview
Sleigh Beggies, are a rare type of Mage that have a fragile body, but powerful magic. They absorb a lot of magic and when they use it, become easily tired afterwards, often, knocking out into a long sleep, for days, if not weeks, after usage. Sleigh Beggies, tend to live a short lifespan, considerably shorter than that of a typical human, especially if they use a lot of magic.
Sleigh Beggies, are sought after by magicians, who are willing to pay a high price for them, often making them use a lot of magic and putting them in constant exhaustion for the rest of their lives.
Some Sleigh Beggies can see the Fae, but this is rare.
